Founded by Stephanie Chill, Chill Strategies LLC helps nonprofits and cultural organizations build strong foundations for meaningful work.
Stephanie is a heritage professional and program strategist with over ten years of experience in museums, humanities, and international partnerships. Her background spans curation, grant administration, and program development for organizations including the Dunedin History Museum, Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg, Florida Humanities, Preserve the ’Burg, St. Petersburg Museum of History, and Clearwater Sister Cities.

Our approach is collaborative, data-informed, and community-centered—helping teams plan realistically, communicate clearly, and deliver results that last. Based in Florida’s Tampa Bay region, Chill Strategies works with clients locally, across the state, and beyond.
